I am a fun-loving, responsible, patient & trustworthy dog sitter/walker. I have two rescues of my own, a 9 year old miniature pinscher and a 4 year old lab-pit mix and they are both as spoiled as can be! They are a huge part of our family and I will treat your dogs as if they are my own! I have several years of experience with many different types of dogs. I have worked with various breeds, sizes, behavioral issues, temperaments, etc. I love and welcome working with dogs of all kinds and working with you to keep your dog(s) happy and healthy! I do everything from medicine administration to drop in play dates! Some things that make me the best fit for you and your pooch(es) - Communication: I like to find out as much up front about your dog(s), learn what your expectations are and make sure it's a good fit from the onset. If I care for your fur babies, I will always leave detailed written notes and/or communicate via text before, during and/or after I have done a dog walk, drop in visit or stayed at the home. I also love to send pics of your sweet pup(s) to show just how much fun they are having (if you are ok with this)! - Medication Administration: I have given oral and topical medications many times over the years for my own dogs, as well as client's dogs. Additionally, my own dog has diabetes so he requires 2 insulin shots daily. I have lots of experience with administering his shots (and he isn't the easiest because he has never grown accustomed to it). If there are any medications to be given, I have lots of experience. - In-Home Stays: I respect your home and your property and, as a homeowner myself, I know how much work and love people put in to their homes. That being said, I am EXTREMELY clean and tidy and will leave your home looking just as it did before you left. I am very flexible and accommodating. My main goal is to be observant of you and your animal's needs and ensure that they are well cared for. I love dogs and being able to work with them every day is an absolute dream! Alex was wonderful and so sweet to add all of the photos to her update! It makes me feel like I was there on the walk. :) I really appreciated the detail about the walk including where they traveled and her potty breaks. Very grateful!
Alex is an amazing dog sitter! She has watched my dogs multiple times and has stayed at my home. The dogs love her so much and are sad when she leaves! She is extremely trustworthy and I feel like my home is cleaner when I get home than when I left. Alex loves playing with and taking the dogs on walks. I would recommend Alex to anyone that wants their dogs to be in the best most caring hands while they are away!!
Nothing but great things to say about Alex! Our dogs can be pretty needy, and we have very strict rules regarding the two. Alex goes above and beyond our expectations, and our dogs absolutely love her! The second she walks in, our pups are glued to her. We've had many dog walkers & dog sitters, but Alex is the one we trust, based on how she interacts with our pups, and how they interact with her. Alex is a total dog whisperer.. She gets our dogs to do things we can never get them to do! I would never hesitate picking up the phone and calling Alex to watch our pups! HIGHLY recommend her for any of your dog sitting or walking needs!

Further, I understand the importance of them getting their business done but also getting a good workout. I always devote enough time for both business and fun!
