I believe animals are more intelligent than people realize and deserve the kindness, understanding, and respect we offer to other humans. I have been called a "dog whisperer" and have cared for dogs all my life, cats for 10 years, parrots for 3 years, and I have two years of caring for pigs, horses and fowl. I also have experience with emergency medicine, caring for animals while theyre sick, and caring for animals that don't get along with one another. My bachelor's degree in psychology trained me to observe nonverbal cues and behavours very well, so I'm quick to learn your loved one's preferences. Animals are a lot like us! Hire me to rest assured your family member is in the best, loving care possible. I'll do my best to keep them comfortable and loved and send you pics and videos, if desired. :)

I am only too happy to recommend Alex's pet care services to anyone who may be interested. I have always been so pleased with the quality of pet sitting and love she provides and her reliability. She gives absolutely wonderful care to our four dogs through feeding, giving medications and keeping them calm in our absence. I have been especially pleased that I have always had the chance to meet and talk with her about any concerns or current issues with our little pack and she is so accommodating. Alex is very responsive and attentive to my pets, as I can tell by how calm and happy they are when I get home. I hope Alex will be able to continue caring for our pets well into the future because she is a person I fully trust to be gentle, loving and careful with my furry family members. She really seems to have a rapport with my dogs and is especially good with my wild girl who needs gentle yet consistent and firm handling.
Alex is amazing with our big dogs! They are complete opposites - one likes to constantly play and the other one just wants a lap to sit on. She does a great job of meeting both their needs and it's great to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for your pets. We'll continue to use Alex and are happy to write this recommendation, but just hope she doesn't get TOO popular so that she's always available for us. :)
Alex is an amazing pet sitter! She is extremely reliable and cares so much for our cats! She is very skilled at working with animals of all kinds and is so respectful of their unique personalities and preferences! I always feel safe and confident when Alex is caring for our pets!

If your pet would benefit from a play date with my dog, she is well-socialized and would love to play with your pet, cat or dog! Animals in my presence are loved and I ensure all are mentally and physically stimulated so they remain healthy and happy!
