Alex made me feel so safe leaving my elderly handicapped pug in her care. When I leave I often have a hard time being present wherever I go because of how worried I am about her and the proper care she is or isn't receiving, but Alex almost sent me way TOO many pics and updates- LOL!! I had to lovingly tell her to mellow the texts and pics, which honestly says it all. I also often have a hard time finding a sitter that has experience with elderly dogs that need medication and special needs (like being carried down steps and help sitting up) and she was so experienced with high needs which put so much ease in my heart. My pug also has separation anxiety so to know that Alex was more than happy to sleep with her close by in bed even though she sheds a lot was so special- my pug is in her last years so to know she was comfortable and happy with a stranger turned into a best friend while I was away was everything I could ask for. Definitely booking Alex again!!

Alex is the sweetest and most conscientious dog owner/pet caregiver we know. She has taken care of our pup, Canela, for a full week while we were out of town as well as several drop-in walks on weekdays. We feel like she cares for Canela like she is her own and our pup is always sad to say goodbye to her! She has always been super reliable and even responsive to our last-minute (same day!) requests for walks. She sends us picture updates which helps put us at ease when we are out of town for extended periods or at work for a long day. Will definitely continue to ask Alex to care for Canela!
