Pet care experience
I have had dogs, cats & other animals my whole life and adopted my own 2 dogs (as puppies) as an adult. I’m very experienced with being around animals and have a dog trainer that I can contact at any time with questions. I am often asked to help family/friends out with pet sitting needs!

Alex is so great with my Alaskan Husky, Luna! She was great with communicating with me, sending me photos and videos, and making sure Luna was well taken care of! I was nervous about leaving Luna alone for the first time and I found great assurance and peace that Alex was taking great care of her! Couldn’t recommend her enough ?

I am very used to handling dogs & cats of all sizes and attitudes, I will follow any instructions left by the owner to make sure the pet and I are both safe and comfortable. I love all animals not just dogs & cats, so if there’s another pet that needs to be checked on let me know! I will treat all your animals with love as if they are my own.

A typical day
I like to play fetch with a ball or frisbee or stick, tug of war, I’ll wrestle if the dog and I are comfortable enough. I like to go near water if at all possible weather permitting!

Availability
I’m currently working part time, so I’m available often to drop in for pet care! I’m off on the weekends and when I do work I am there from 8-5, so just let me know what days are needed and I will do my best to accommodate.
