I first became best friends with my neighbor's cat at the age of 5, and there was no going back. From reading about cat behavior to owning cats, they have always been an important part of my life. I have experience petsitting cats of all ages and I am especially comfortable caring for older kitties who may need special care and attention. I am patient, kind, respectful, and reliable. One of my favorite things about catsitting on Rover is booking repeat clients where I can build a strong relationship with animals over time, easing their anxiety with each visit. I look forward to spending quality time with your pets and better understanding each of their unique needs and personalities.

Alex was incredible. She was able to sit our 11yo cat fairly last minute and did an amazing job. Our cat Mowgli took to her right away and she was able to take the time to play with him a lot and make him feel loved. This was our first time leaving Mowgli home alone and I felt at ease knowing Alex was popping by to care for him. She sent thorough updates and super cute pictures! I typically start with giving cats fresh food and water, cleaning their bowls to make sure it's fresh. I then dedicate the rest of the visit to playing with the cat, or giving them love and pets, depending on their mood.
