Archie LOVES Alex! She is so good and thorough at what she does! I love having her help out! She always keeps in contact to give me updates, which helps my anxiety! Love having her help!

Alex was incredible and perfect. We had never used Rover before. We were planning to drop our dog at a pet boarding company after a 14 hour long car ride. We weren't going to make it in time before they closed so we had to make other arrangements. I was nervous about trying something new, but I had already been unhappy about the pet boarding option. We were going to have to pay an additional $10 a night... so that our dog could watch Animal Planet... he doesn't even know how to do that. And besides that, I had no idea if the people working there would even care about him - or dogs at all. As soon as I read Alex' bio, I already felt much better and wished that we had found her from the start. Once I met her, I was immediately comfortable with the situation and relieved. I knew that not only would our dog be well cared for, but he was probably also going to have a good time. And that's saying a lot as he tends to have mild separation anxiety. We were able to enjoy our stay in Fort Wayne without having any fears or concerns about Eugene while he was in the loving care of Alex B. Thanks Alex!!!
