Pet care experience
As a child who wasn't allowed a dog, I sought out all the furry friends I could find by asking neighbours and friends if I could walk their dog for pocket money. This turned into a long term passion and I have been offering pet sitting and walking services to friends and family for 5 years, til I got my own dog 5 years ago. Juno has been my best friend and I have relied on dog walkers and sitters to help me out when I need it and I have been inspired to do the same for others! I am a big fan of long walks down the beach, as I only live a short walk away, so you can be assured that your dog will get the best walk from me. I have availability for dog walking and can do a few different options - 1 hr walk in your selected area or a half day out with my dog - e.g trip to the woods / beach. The latter is subject to availability. Daytime drop in visits include; - Playtime - Feeding - Walks if requested - If there's anything else you need, let me know and I will work with you to make sure your dog has the best visit! I am also a photographer so I love to take photos of your lovely pets, as there's nothing better than capturing a dogs playfulness forever!

Alex has been a god send when it comes to getting my dog to walk. I have a small Jack Russell x Chihuahua and he is a very nervous dog and can be a handful on walks, but Alex is incredibly patient with him and helps him open to walking in new areas. She has her own Chihuahua who I think is a big help in helping my own dog feeling more at home whenever they're out. Would definitely recommend if your dog just needs a lil confidence boost.
Alexandra is an absolute delight! She has been taking care of our two golden retrievers for the last couple of years whenever me and my wife take trips away in our motor home after meeting on a nearby field walking our respective pups and building a friendship. Not everywhere we visit is accommodating for two large dogs like ours, so Alex living only a few doors down from us will take them under her wing for however long we go away. Sometimes it could be a few nights, other times a week or a week and a half. The boys always have a great time with Alex and her adorable little chihuahua, Juno and we have to tussle with them to get them back into our company. She is obviously a very loving and thoughtfully minder and carer of pets. I highly recommend Alex to take care of your dogs for any occasion or situation. As cheesy as it may sound to say, Alex “gets” dogs. She has a really bond with them and is more than equip to take good care of them whilst you cannot.

I am comfortable handling all breeds of dogs with different temperaments, and have no issues with crating puppies and getting dogs onto leads. I have done a lot of training with my own dogs and the dogs of friends & families on recall, so I am comfortable with making sure that if I dog is let off lead, it is safely back on its lead when it's needed.

Whilst I am comfortable with most dogs needs, I haven't had much experience with dogs with particular special needs. I am capable of adapting my care to fit the dog, so if you'd like to book just let me know if there's anything I need to know about your pup!

As a big lover of nature, you can be rest assured that your dog will be walked in big parks, at the beach or the woods, depending on your dogs needs. I think there is no greater joy than watching a dog run around, playing and having fun, so whether it's a game of fetch, tug of war or just a run around, I will make sure your dog has a good walk.
