Pet care experience
From an early age people began to notice that I had a "way" with dogs. I am empathic and loving to all dogs, and I enjoy meeting new doggie friends every day. I have a 9 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback named Mowgli who I have raised, trained, and loved since he was a puppy. I am a responsible, safety oriented, caretaker and I will give your dog the kind of excellent, love, care, and attention I give my own. I am athletic, so our walks can be brisk and tiring or slow and leisurely depending on what's best for your dog. I am both playful and loving, so your dog will come back having had plenty of fun and attention from a their new friend.

Alex was so wonderful with taking care of my pup Ripley.
First time with Rover, and very last minute due to changes in my neighbors schedules to watch my pup. Alex was very accommodating and made quite the impression with my girl Ripley. Rip is a bit shy and anxious but Alex seems to be a dog whisperer! She gained Rips trust and gave her company when I was busy with work. In just a few shorts exchanges over message I felt comfortable with Alex and will definitely book her again!
I have known alex for 15 years and she has been an avid dog lover since the day I met her. My dog is obsessed with her and loves every moment he gets to spend with Alex! She has a natural, kind hearted, caring nature about her that dogs are drawn to. Alex has taken care of my large ridgeback, medium size Dalmatian, and small jack russel with such ease and love she is the perfect person to trust with your fur child!

The level of care, fun, exercise, attention and love varies from dog to dog. It is very important to me that I have an understanding of these things, as well as any special instructions, in order meet the needs and preferences of both you and your dog. I love to know if there are any special toys, treats, games, walks, etc. that your dog enjoys most. I feel it is important for me to utilize these things in order to create a successful/compatible relationship. I enjoy all dog breeds but breeds I have worked with the most are German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Vizlas, Weimaraners, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Dalmations, Jack Russel Terriors, and Siberian Huskies.
A typical day
Fiesta Island is my favorite place to bring dogs I am caring for and seems to be their favorite place to play as well! The reason why First Island is my favorite place to bring dogs is because they can run, swim, walk, and play fetch. I have also found a lot of dogs love to go for a mild hike. And I can't forget fetch!
