Pet care experience
My first job as a teenager was working in a kennel in Oakville Ontario! I would spend my days taking dogs out for walks and playtimes while also being responsible for feeding and medication administration! I’ve loved animals all my life, and also work with large farm animals! I have a 8 month old Australian Shepherd named Duckie so I’m no stranger to active dogs with high drives! Duckie and I attend two training classes per week and I’m hoping to compete with her in obedience!

Alex is very knowledgeable, experienced and committed when it comes to looking after your fur babies of all breeds and sizes. My big dog Roscoe can be shy at first, but he warmed up to Alex right away. She knows how to read dog’s energies and takes time to understand the personality and needs of your pet. I always feel confident leaving Roscoe with Alex when we are going away. We get lots of texts and photo updates that reassure us he’s safe and having fun! ☺️
There’s not many people I would trust with my 8 month old German Shepherd cross. When a friend told me about Alex I decided to try her out and WOW. Alex is amazing. I will never leave Koda with anyone else! I have quite a few rules/training techniques with my pup and Alex had no problem sticking to them. I loved finding out she has a passion for training as well! She sent me lots of photo/video updates which was awesome! She even taught Koda a new trick! My house was left in great condition. Thanks again Alex!
