Consider this the ultimate active dog haven. I am a consistent, long-distance dog walker. I walk my dogs every morning for about 30-45 minutes before I go to work, and for about an hour as soon as I come back and eat every evening. My dogs are well-familiarized with boarding other dogs. Lucas, my black Labrador, is extremely personable and energetic. He's the omega of my pack and is quick to make other dogs feel at home. Cael, my chocolate lab-mix has a more reserved, yet still nurturing personality- he's my alpha (think of the two as the dog-version duo of Ben Stiller and Robert DeNiro). During any meet and greets, I will be vigilant in checking to see how well our dogs' personalities mesh. My straight-laced and consistent schedule provides dogs and their parents with a sense of security, stability, and comfort. When you board with us, you will know exactly the time of your dogs' feeding times and walk schedule. Dogs who are active or lonely are highly welcome, as my two labs are well-known to bring all into their jovial fold. I am happy to help crate-train your dogs and help build their sense of security while you are away. Those who demonstrate they are a master of their own can be out of a crate. Please, no hostile or overly aggressive dogs who may come into contention with my large chocolate lab. I am most familiar with caring for LABS, RETRIEVERS, DALMATIANS, as well as other mixed, or otherwise mid-sized breeds. I have a fairly large lot that doubles as a mini dog-park for my dogs; my dogs consider it their kingdom. Please note that I will only take dogs that are under a Flea and Heartworm prevention program, same as my dogs. Personally, I dislike using the term "my dogs"- you'll most often hear me referring to them as my sons (to my daughters' chagrin).
