I come from a fam of animal lovers :). I’ve owned cats, dogs, rabbits, and turtles since I was a kid! When I was 5, my parents rescued two Labradors so I was around big dogs for a long time! Then as a teen, I adopted an American Eskimo-she was seriously my best friend 🥹. She was not very social but she loved long walks and I took care of her as she grew old. My dad recently passed away so my brother and I co-parent his sweet 4 year old Dachshund, who we’ve had since she was a puppy. When I lived in Chicago, I frequently was sitting/walking several friend’s dogs (Bullies/mixes, Doodles, and other medium-large breeds). But overall, I love ALL types of dogs and most warm up to me very quickly!
