I could not be happier with the experience and professionalism we received when working with Alena! She took care of my 2 cats and was incredibly attentive to their different needs and went far above and beyond what we initially asked for when a minor issue came up with one of my cats (and just to clarify, this little issue was derived from one of my cats having known special needs, not from anything related to Alena / etc.). Alena has a calm and non-anxious presence which pets really respond to. Alena is firm but gentle with pets and good at following pet owner instructions. She’s extremely conscientious and reliable. Alena loves animals and it shows!
