Alejandro was very kind with our pups. I loved it that he sent lots of pictures and videos when I was away. Very good communication and our pups seem to like him very much. I’ll be reaching out to him again next time I’m away.
Alejo loves dog and is very knowledgeable about my dog breed which was reassuring! He made us feeling comfortable by sending daily pics and videos and went the extra mile when we had an issue at the moment of pick up time (Alejo brought Ciccio to us along with all his stuff). We’ll book again boarding with him!
I can really say that Alejandro is not only an excellent person and a great friend, he is also a dog lover who is willing to take care of of every dog in the world and giving them with the same love and dedication that he has for a family member. I have to amazing dogs (Dante, a boston terrier and Skye, a brindle terrier mix) and Alejandro has taken good care of them when I have had to travel. On those occasions he has treated them in an exceptional way, pampering, paying, and giving them a lot of love.
