Firstly, we are hoping to develop a relationship with Alejandro for the future and I hope that means something for his potential clients. We felt that going online to find a house sitter for our 170 lb English mastiff was risky, and we could not be happier. We had decided to never kennel or motel our dog again, because of the change in his behavior afterwards. Our Winston loves Alejandro. There was no skip in Winston's happiness when we got home. As for our business relationship, he was quite professional. Alejandro responded quickly when I first reached out on Rover. He is a thorough communicator during the interview process to meet our dog and during the stay. He truly shows how much he understands how our pets are part of the family. My giant breed lap dog remembered him in that special way that only giant dogs can when he arrived to stay which gave us so much confidence while we were gone. Alejandro is great with dogs. He taught not only my dog but also myself on how to handle large dogs. I am a small person and I have a husky. Alejandro taught me how to better control my animal and introduce behavioral changes in Siku. Now she doesn't jump on me.
