Can’t recommend Alejandra higher. She instantly bonded with my 5 month old puppy. Bonus that she could also introduce him to her pup and a senior lab that she was hosting. Moreover when my plane flight went sideways with the usual delays etc she was super accommodating!
Alejandra was excellent with our 12-pound Cockapoo. We dropped him off for an evening out at the Marlins stadium. He was nervous but she was warm and comforting so eventually he was sitting with her on the couch. I would highly recommend Alejandra.
Was highly professional and put me at ease, sending me updates, photos, and not hesitating to reach out with a genuine question, or concern and understood the nuances and additional concerns associated with a senior dog, asking the, “Right” questions. She went above and beyond what I expected and was understanding and very flexible when it came to requesting modifications to pre-planned arrangements. She returned my dog to me, as if he never left, both healthy and happy. Rest assured your beloved pet is in good hands with Alejandra.
