I started to doggy sit 3 years ago when my sister adopted a rescue dog, Winston. I've been to her house to doggy sit, but I've also taken him to my house when she's away for work or vacation. I have done drop in visits her Winston, but I'm mostly looking after him while doggy sitting. Since Winston came into our lives, I've really enjoyed being around dogs -playing with them, caring for them, or just keeping each other company while watching a good movie. Last year I helped my close friend adopt a dog with a local rescue shelter. Besides helping with the adoption, I actually ended up becoming every involved with caring and training the dog - Daisy. She was also a rescue that was an AussieDoodle. Daisy was a very energetic 6 month old puppy with a bunch of love to give and a lot of training to do. In terms of caring for Daisy I was willingly doing a lot more, for example, I was doing drop in visits, doggy sitting at my house and hers so I'm very experienced with going on walks, play, and being on poop/pee duty! Although I've only worked with 2 dogs, they have very different personalities. As I mentioned Daisy was super energetic, loved the dog park, and would find any opportunity to play. Winston on the other hand is the complete opposite-he's more anxious so he doesn't enjoy going outside or being around anyone or anything that lives and breathes, but buddy can't resist a good belly rub! I say all this to give you an idea of the amount of experience I have with different types of dogs. Since I'm sitting Winston a lot less these days and my friend and Daisy moved away, I've really been missing caring/spending time with a doggo. I'm very responsible and would do my best to make sure your fur baby is loved and well taken care of. Mi casa es su casa, but in this case your baby is like my baby :)
