I would look at the hair on dog parent's clothes, the constant need for exercise and walks, and thought having a dog just wasn't for me. We had a family dog when I was growing up, but I never got fully attached to him. But that all changed when I began caring long term for a recent widow's sweet Golden Retriever named Sadie. Sadie was the absolute sweetest dog and it was like being introduced to a whole new world. A world where I now understood all the love dogs have to offer. My husband and I would be honored to care for your dog and give him or her all the love in the world by having them stay in our home overnight while you are away. I have watched many dogs throughout my life and it is a joy to give them all the love and belly rubs they could want. When your dog comes to stay with us, we try to mimic your routine as much as possible with everything from sleeping habits to commands. We want your dog to be as comfortable as possible and have a fun time with us. While you are away, I also send daily pictures or videos and update you on how your four legged friend is doing until you return. We would love to schedule a meet and greet with you and your dog before booking!

Aleesa was a champion with my two dogs! Her communication was phenomenal and she’s pleasant to deal with. I was very anxious going into to this leaving my two young mischievous dogs with a total stranger. Aleesa was quick to start sending texts, pictures and videos to let me know how they were doing. She’s an A+ dog sitter, I highly recommend.
Rover.com made it extremely easy to view and select pet sitting service providers. The information abour the providers made the selection process easy. Although the time frame that I selected was two weeks away I received a text response from Aleesa in less than 30 minutes. Another provider didn't get back to me. We set up a meet up for the next day. After 30 minutes it was clear to see that my Standard Poodle fell in love with her Retriever! Aleesa and her husband graciously asked what commands we used and what our dog was allowed to do and not do. They wanted to make sure that they followed the same rules. We were gone for two weeks and received pictures regularly showing our two dogs loving each other and guests enjoying our dog. We highly recommend Aleesa.
Max had a great time at Aleesas . He played with her dog and visited her spacious back yard. Alexa was very friendly and professional. We will definitely go back.

I can include your dog in our family's daily walks around either our neighborhood or surrounding parks or forest preserves. We also like to play out in our backyard, whether it's chasing balls, chewing sticks, or playing a good 'ol game of tag. In the summer, we love going to the dog park most days and playing in our doggy pool in our backyard.
