Caring for both dogs and cats my entire life and having worked as a private dog walker for 5 years, I possess a deep understanding of canine behaviors and have a very easy time connecting with animals. My patience, calm demeanor, and firm hand make me a great choice for dogs of all sizes and energy levels.

Roxy’s a tough girl to walk but Alec always makes sure she gets all her steps in! Very flexible, sweet, and consistent. Definitely recommend him!
I have 2 super energetic huskies and I’m away all day for work and I’ve had to go through so many dog walkers before finding Alec. He really is the best I could ask for. Alec offered to start taking them for runs around my neighborhood and now when I get home from work, Tag and Leia are sound asleep rather than howling and crying for me. Alec’s also been very flexible with my schedule and the dogs love him, I can’t recommend him enough.
Having two different sized dogs is a hassle, but Alec manages to keep up every time! Rocco and Louis don’t always see eye to eye but they both can’t help but come back happily after their time with Alec. Can’t wait for the next one!
Alec is incredibly balanced in being patient and playful. Even when schedules are hectic, he always finds a way to accommodate. Bambi lights up every time he comes to walk her! 10/10

I always prefer to communicate the specifics of dog care within the home ahead of our first visit. Some dogs are allowed on the couch, others aren’t. Some dogs have their own crate, others are allowed to roam the home. Whatever the case is for your dog, I’ll assure your home is treated with the utmost respect and that it looks the same when I leave, as it did when I arrived. I track and label every walk using a dedicated app therefore you are always welcome to ask me for additional information regarding any of your dog’s walks. I always come equipped with treats, toys, doggy bags, 6’ leashes, and towels in case of dirty paws.

Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special needs, allergies, or medications. I can administer oral, topical, and injectable forms of medication as required.
A typical day
I love to ensure that every dog I walk always comes home happy, sleepy, and satisfied. I’ll take your dog all throughout the neighborhood, picking up all the fun sights and smells, and of course checking out any nearby parks. If your pup is calm and leisurely, then we’ll go for a long stroll, and if your dog is high energy, then I can throw on my running shoes and try to keep up with them! Every dog is different, so tell me a little bit about yours and I’ll make sure to match your dog’s temperament to keep them happy and safe.
