I am very responsible and will care for your dogs like they were my own. I have a very flexible schedule with a lot of weekday availability so I can watch your dog while you are at work. I look forward to hanging out with lots of dogs. I do foster dogs as well! When I have a foster, they will be listed on my profile, otherwise assume no other dogs are living here. I’m a working professional with some free time and I love cute dogs. I’d like to hang out with yours if you would let me. Thanks!

Easy going and so great with my dog!
Alea was a great dog sitter for our pup, Violet. She walked her every day we were gone and sent regular pictures and updates. Violet had never stayed with anyone besides our family before. When I picked her up, she was so comfortable at Alea’s she jumped on the couch and laid there with her tail wagging. We will definitely use Alea again for our next trip out of town.
Alea is very easy to communicate with. I definitely appreciated her quick response time when arranging meet and greets, booking, and when we had a potential health issue for her to manage. She sent regular updates while we were away to let us know our pup was feeling comfortable. Thank you, Alea, for watching our quirky little guy for us!

I have a mostly fenced yard. If your dog is an escape artist, please let me know when booking, and I can plan to be with your dog at all times while in the yard, on a leash if necessary. Please note: I share my yard with another dog, and I do board up to two dogs (from different homes) at a time. Rover does allow you to search for a sitter that only accepts one dog at a time, if that's what you're needing!

A typical day
I live in the Overlook neighborhood, where we have a plethora of small parks. I will walk your dogs, during day care time, at least once throughout the neighborhood. I do have toys available, and a big yard where they can run around.

Availability
I enjoy spending much of my time at home and I have a part-time job primarily working at home. I do at times need to leave your dog alone for 2-4 hours (never more than that). I am not a good choice for on-going doggy day care, as I travel for a few weeks every few months, but I would be a great option as a back-up to your regular sitter!
