I have several years of dog hosting experience for friends and family, as well as keeping pets of my own my entire adult life. I know the daily requirements that are necessary for happy, healthy, and long-living pet family members to thrive. Dogs love routines and I understand the importance of keeping them on their usual schedules so that they acclimate to their new environment quickly and to minimize any stress they may undergo while away from home. If your pet has any specific needs, I am able to accommodate most all types of dog behavior including special diets. If your dog requires any shots or medication, I am capable of administering those, including for dogs that do not enjoy taking their pills. I’m quick to respond to most messages so your family will always be in close contact with your fur baby while away. A well-maintained back yard with a privacy fence and lots of room to play outside will be available for your dog to exercise and have regular play and potty breaks without being left outdoors in the elements for extended periods. Indoors, they will have a crate-free experience. I have “pet gates” that can keep animals separated into different rooms if necessary, but most likely they would be given free reign throughout my home. I have two very friendly small breed dogs, if necessary I can keep them distanced, and they would be put up whenever not under supervision, but typically they will provide companionship with your dog(s) as well. I’ve never met a bad dog, and even if you consider your dog to be a “handful”… I promise that these paws are capable of giving your fur family member a comfortable home away from home for any duration that you’re gone.
