Decades of puppy (and kitty) love!
Pet care experience
I have had a plethora of pups all my life in a variety of sizes; and everything from teacups to titans. I have also more recently (4yrs) been able to unleash my love for fur babies on kitties too! I also have experience pet and house sitting for many years. I have a teacup poodle named Nugget that loves playing with dogs and cats of all sizes. Though Nugget and I live in an apartment, it is quite large with an open floor plan and plenty of room for the zoomies. It is also a very pet friendly gated complex with plenty of grassy areas to run around and play, and only a few minutes from the dog park! It is also just a block away from an artisan pet bakery and a veterinary hospital. Just across the street from my complex is a beautiful neighborhood with picturesque tree lined sidewalks that are great for afternoon walks. Nugget and I can’t wait to meet your fur baby and share some pets and cuddles.

Having known Alayna for many years there is no one I would trust more than her to care for my cat. Alayna is wonderful with my sweet cat, Petunia. She has cared for her when I was away and would provide me with many updates. Petunia absolutely adores her. I have also seen Alayna care for other cats as well as dogs. Alayna provides each pet with love, kindness and patience. I can think of no one better suited to look after your fur family.
Ella has a record of not being the greatest towards anyone new in the house, but Alayna came in and Ella immediately went to her and meowed/rubbed. It's like she knew she made a new friend. Ella needs fed morning and evening with her water bowl checked every day (Ella is old so she gets food on her mouth and gets it into her water). So not much for cat-sitting, but Ella must have someone sit with her for a few hours so her separation anxiety doesn't overtake her. It was difficult when she was younger, and it's even harder now if I'm away. But as long as she has someone to pet her and sometimes to watch her eat, she is a happy kitty. Alayna took such amazing care of Ella that when she left, Ella looked everywhere for her. I was sent texts with updates and pictures of cuddle times. Even videos of Ella yelling for treats as Alayna entered the house (Ella's MO). I am so pleased with Alayna's care for Ella Bella!
I can’t say enough great things about Alayna. She cares for my pup as if she were her own. She is a kind person, reliable and is also very thorough in her care for Rosie. So for example one time Rosie ate something she shouldn’t have, Alayna notified me right away and also monitored her to make sure she was okay. Alayna also gets Rosie outside for walks many times during her time with her. I’m so grateful for Alayna looking after Rosie.

My teacup poodle, Nugget, and I love hosting furry friends. We have lots of treats and toys to share l, with your permission of course. Multiple walks take place each day, anywhere from 15mins to an hour, depending on the weather, and fresh water is always available. Pets are allowed on the furniture and multiple pet beds are available, but I understand if you and your pet prefer their own and/or their crate. The longest time pets would be left alone is 1-2hrs, but this rarely happens as I usually take them with me if the errand allows for it. I am also happy to care for your pup in your own home. Please just let me know what kind of routine you wish me to follow and I’ll be happy to oblige to the best of my ability.
