Dog Mom Looking to share love!
Pet care experience
I am offering pet sitting in my home as I am a remote professional 80% of the time; occasionally I am required to travel for work. We have two dogs of our own (75lb pitbull and an 85lb black lab) and love to stay active by hiking and kayaking. We have a fully fenced in backyard for the dogs to safely enjoy play time. Our weekend evenings we prefer to spend on our patio with the dogs free in the yard! I have extensive experience pet sitting and taking care of a variety of animals, like bunnies, chickens, lizards, turtles, snakes, horses, dogs and cats. I have also watched the horse farm where I board my horse and cared for 9 horses at a time.

Our puppy of 9 months really enjoyed staying with Alayna & Adam! In fact, it seemed he made himself right at home with their 2 much larger dogs. Great photos and a great time! Communication was excellent! Looking forward to our next stay!
I couldn’t be more grateful for Alayna and Adam keeping Luca for extra time Alayna even took Luca for a walk and gave him some of their kibble because I ran late!! 🥹 I love the pictures they send and the report cards at the end of the day!

In our home, we would have our two dogs crated when we sleep or are not home. We prefer pet that are also crate trained but if they are not they would be staged in my office with me as I work from home.

A typical day
My typical workday starts around 6AM - I get up and let the dogs out and feed them their breakfasts. They go back out around 7AM and then lounge in my office with me. We take lunchtime walks. Then when the workday ends, we have play time in the yard, dinner and then a bedtime potty. On the weekends, we stick to this same schedule for the most part but obviously have more time to play/spend with pets!

I currently work from home and am able to actively watch pets M-F during my day and have weekend availability as well! My dogs love to lounge in my office with me during the workday and enjoy our fenced yard for playtime.
