Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with pets my entire life. As a daughter of a small animal rescuer, I have experience with all kinds of critters! I’ve cared for everything from dogs, cats, guinea pics, hamsters, rats, chinchillas, and some reptiles. I’m comfortable and confident with pets of all sizes, and am open to meeting and talking to you about how I can best care for your pet! I love to keep open communication with owners and always send lots of update pics!!

Alara and her boyfriend did a great job in taking care of my anxious cat! Being away for an extended period of time can be stressful but they sent over cute photos of my cat and always made sure to play with him and showed him some love. Would highly recommend!
Alara was a thoughtful and incredible cat sitter for my cat while I travelled during the holidays. She made the whole process a breeze and even adapted to last minute changes in my cat’s medication. Highly recommended!

For walks, please let me know how they typically behave on walks, and if they pull, especially if your dog is larger. I prefer to walk small - medium dogs just because of my height and strength, but the more info you provide me will help me assess if I’ll be a good fit for you and your pet’s needs!
A typical day
I’ll cater activities to your pets needs! Have an energetic pup that needs lots of exercise, or a cat that loves to play? Ill take the time to make sure they never get bored. Have an older pet that prefers to relax? I’ll make sure they’re comfortable and happy while you’re away ☺️

My fiancé , Masa, and I, now share this account and take on visits together. I started working full time in February and since then, he does drop in, walks, etc., if I cannot! He is also the biggest animal lover and together we make a great time to ensure your pet gets the best care and attention.
