Hi! My name is Alannah, I absolutely love animals and have had pets my entire life. It all started with Thumper the bunny, then Champagne the cat, Brandy the Staffordshire and only got crazier from there. When I was around eight my parents began breeding our Staffordshire bull terrier Brandy. My sister and I took care of the puppies from birth till, for some, passing away. I helped raise Ty (Braveheart), Missy (Amphitrite), and Cleo (CleoPATCHra) three of Brandy's puppies that we couldn't part with when they were born. They were so important to us, that we brought them all the way across the world when we moved from Adelaide, South Australia to Baltimore, Maryland in 2003. Each lived out their life pampered, nurtured, and safe as beloved family members. Although they have all passed, they will forever have a place in our hearts, and a beautiful memorial in our living room. When I moved out on my own it wasn't too long before I got my own pets. Colbie-Jack is my now 8 year old long haired cinnamon Dachshund, rambunctious, loyal, and oh so stubborn. I have also cared for several reptiles and currently have a 4 year old Ball Python named Lady Sif. My parents now have three Newfoundlands Hugo, Nala, and Moses, whom I also groom, and three cats. I began grooming professionally in 2014 at the Petsmart in Timonium, and was with them until late 2017. I still own a full grooming kit for any who may need touch ups! I love and adore all animals, even the scary ones! There have been cuts and scrapes, bites and scratches, but I will never be deterred by reputation or first impressions. I am very patient will all pets and always welcome a new friendship. As I mentioned, I cared for my families Staffys until they passed, so I am well versed with pets from birth to passing and everywhere in between. I will admit I am more limited in experience with the avian variety, but will always be open to learning something new!
