Pet care experience
I can provide playful care for energetic dogs or comforting care for dogs who like to sit around. I love to go on walks and can even run with your dog if that is your preference. I have previously owned two very evergetic black labs and occasionally look after an older Yorkshire terrier. I am available all day Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday for all day care, and Monday’s and Wednesday’s I can do drop-ins and walks. I like to be open and willing to work with anyone and their dogs and like to work on having trusting relationships. I am a very flexible and punctual person you can rely on, and I want what is best for you and your dog(s). I look forward to all opportunities to work with you and your beloved dogs.

My dog and I love Alanna and look forward to her visits. She is gentle and shows patience with Fiona who can be hard to deal with.
Alanna is wonderful! She was prompt for our meet and greet and lovely with our dogs, we could not ask for a better experience. She sent pictures of the pups and updates which were great for our peace of mind while we were away. We'll be contacting her again when we need a walker/ sitter for the dogs.
Alanna was great with my two pups Mach & Sooty! They are definitely a handful (german shepherd and Great Dane) but I felt comfortable leaving them with her. She sent several pics with updates!! Would definitely use her again.
Alanna is the sweetest person I know. She is amazing with my dogs when she comes to visit and is respectful and aware of the rules of the house when it comes to my dogs. She loves and looks after them as though they were her own. I go back to Alanna when ever she is around to watch my babies when I need to travel for work or am going away with my family. Flexible and dependable are just two of the many defining words that come to mind to describe the type of person she is.

A typical day
When on a walk, we may go around a couple blocks or to a nearby park. If there is a certain place you frequent with your dog, I will be willing to go there too. Within the home, if there are commands or tricks you are trying to teach your dog, I can also work on those with them. If allowed, I would play games like tug of war and roll/toss a ball across the room or yard to play fetch.
