It was our first time leaving our dog, Moka, for a boarding service. We were a little hesitant because it was also our first time leaving him by himself for so long during the holidays. But we’re absolutely happy with Alanna 😍 Since our first contact, she was interested in meeting Moka; which is very important in order to see the initial contact and see if they get along. The first time they met and his stay with her was perfect! She always kept us up to date everyday to let us know how he was doing; she even sent pictures and a holiday greeting from her and Moka 🥹 She’s very detailed oriented and we absolutely loved the fact that she takes in one dog at a time. She was also very loving and caring with Moka. She was even kind enough to drop him off considering we had a long trip back home. And to top it off, Moka came back with a red bow like a Christmas gift 🤩 literally, that was the cherry on top of the whole stay 🍒 With no doubt we will reserve with Alanna again when we go out of town and we definitely recommend her eyes closed 😉 Thanks so much Alanna 🥰

Alanna was excellent. She communicated and responded effectively. And specially took good care of Sammy. I particularly liked that Alanna went the extra mile and send multiple photos and videos of Sammy while she was pet sitting. I highly recommend Alanna!
