Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs since I was 13. I grew up with 3 Toy Poodles and later got one of my own. I trained her as a puppy and now have a 2 year old Great Pyrenees. I have a strong love for all kinds of dogs and make it a priority to ensure they are getting the best care possible.

Alana is a fantastic and responsible walker. My dog Pepper loves to see her and comes back from her walks tired and happy. Alana is very communicative and has also been an amazing last minute help when other plans have fallen through. I can’t recommend her services enough, and am so happy she’s back in Reston!
Alana was amazing with Clio while I was stuck at work for long hours all week. I never had to worry about Clio or her needs and she was very attentive and responsive. Cannot recommend enough!!

A typical day
I love taking dogs to big open parks that allow for tons of sniffing. Along with walking, allowing dogs to sniff can be extremely mentally stimulating and tire them out more than we think!

I am currently a full time student taking online classes so I am home most of the time. This allows a lot of flexibility with drop in visits and dog walking through the day.
