Beyond a disappointment. After spending countless hours trying to find a sitter for Christmas we were happy to find Alana. Unfortunately after leaving the state to be with family, we found out that Alana was NOT holding up her end of our agreement. Not only was she not staying at our house as agreed upon as our dog has seperation anxiety she was only stopping in on a VERY limited basis. When asked for pictures she claimed her camera was broken. Finally the next day she sends one and it’s a picture of someone else’s dog!? Little to no communication, very hard to get in touch with when needed and absolutely no updates without us begging for them. Needless to say this created a very stressful holiday with us being so far away and our fur babies being ignored and not taken care of. Rover needs to ensure sitters like this are not double booking and are taking care of the pets they say they are. We do NOT reccomend this sitter to anyone. We would rate this sitter with zero stars if we could due to a very stressful experience and lack of care for our dogs.

Alana was great and sent updates while I was gone. She's very accommodating and was able to adjust her schedule when I needed. Will definitely be using her services again.
