Pet care experience
I started taking care of dogs when I was 11 as that is when my aunt (whom we were living with at the time) got a puppy. My family ended up moving to our own home in 2015. From then, I would go 2-3 days/week to spend time with my aunt’s dog named “Boo”. I would also take care of my best friend’s dogs whenever they would be gone for a long period of time to snuggle, play, and bathe them whenever necessary. Can never forget belly rubs of course! In 2020, my family finally said yes to owning a puppy. That is when I met my best friend Koda. He is a Bichon, and Shihtzu mix. I got him when he was 8 weeks old. I took 3 weeks off of work to make sure he is trained properly, and gets all the snuggles he need especially for a big transition of leaving all his best friends. I am such a dog mom that when I was looking through photos to upload to my profile, I noticed that I don’t take much pictures with the dogs I’ve taken care of before, rather; I only take pictures of them. Hahahaha!

Alaine is a wonderful pet caregiver. I have asked her to walk my dog on multiple occasions. He is very slow to warm up to strangers. I have been so impressed with her patience with him and the creative methods she uses to help him feel comfortable around her. She is a very hard worker and consistently tries to help me out when I need her. The best!
Our poor retriever has had a bad neck infection now for weeks so he couldn’t wear a collar and go for walks. Every day he has waited by the door for Alaine and when she showed up today to take him for his first walk after being healed, he was so excited! Alaine always gives us a detailed account of his walks and any new friends he may find while enjoying his time out. 5 stars for Alaine for making our old man so happy.
Alaine is a wonderful dog Walker. She is friendly, polite and our Golden, Reece, gets so excited as soon as he sees her. She always gives us a run down after his walk and gives Reece a great workout.
Alaine was very responsible. I thought it was just for the first time, but she wrote detailed Rover cards for every walk. My dog loves her, and that says everything.

Availability
I am a student, and work part time. Now that classes are done, I have plenty of time to spend time with my and yours fur baby. Even with a busy schedule, I still make sure to spare time for pet care as it is very important for their overall health. They deserve all the love they need ❤️ I am flexible 7/days a week in the mornings as I work in the evenings mostly. I could also do overnights days in a row, with a month in advance so I can book off of work :)
