Pet care experience
I have been around dogs my entire life, both big and small, young and old. I have been hired by friends, family members, and employers to care for their dogs on several occasions. I am comfortable walking dogs of all sizes and cleaning up after them. I am happy to learn your pet's unique needs so I can care for them accordingly!

Alaina has my upmost trust when it comes to caring for my animals, I felt such a peace of mind when I was away and knew she was taking care of them! She is incredibly responsible, respectful, and loving. Truly one of the most conscientious people I know. My dog can be a bit particular and I had quite the list of instructions for her and she was so attentive and really showed she cared to know and follow them! I highly, highly recommend her and so would my cat and dog!
Alaina has cared for our 3 cats (and our home) on numerous occasions. We could not have been more at peace knowing she was there. She is kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and very caring. Her calm energy is a welcomed break for our cats and they LOVE her (even the anxiety kitty that doesn't come out for anyone). We loved receiving pictures and updates while away, and really appreciated how well she cared for our home too. Alaina is our first choice always and we would 100% recommend her to anyone.
Alaina has cared for my dog Sadie many times, and has even administered medicine to her when she hurt her paw and I was out of town. She's trustworthy, communicative, and compassionate. Sadie adores Alaina and I would use her anytime I need a petsitter.

I am open to learning your pet's routine and how it fits into your home environment. I will be respectful of your home and keep it clean during my stay while providing a high level of care for your pet!

I would love to know your dog or cat's temperament, how they are around new people, and their dietary needs and feeding schedule. For dog's, it'd be nice to know how they are around other dogs and how they are on a leash.
A typical day
I have a car so I would love to bring your dog(s) either on hikes or to the dog park if that's their thing. If not, we can go on walks around the neighborhood, play fetch or tug-of-war in the backyard, or just hang out while I give them pets (again, if that's their thing)! For cats, I'm happy to play with them if they're into that or just coexist with them and let them decide how much attention they want from me.

Availability
I am currently in grad school and have classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. However, I have long breaks those days during which I could pop in to check on your pets. My schedule is completely open Tuesdays, Fridays, and weekends.
