If you're looking for a gal who loves all animals and will care for yours as she cares for her own, look no further! I am a 24-year old college graduate with a love for all animals. I have a Cockapoo dog of my own, and he is often the love of my life. I have overall 10+ years of experience caring for other peoples' pets (dogs and cats). I am a runner with an active lifestyle, so I love going on runs and long walks with the pets I care for if dog's are able. I also love playing catch with dogs. I am punctual and responsible, always putting the pet's needs before my own. I understand the boundaries are different for all pets, so I am responsible and respect diet restrictions, medications, treats, etc. I am aware of how to administer CPR on dogs if necessary. I enjoy spending time with pets and getting to know their personality, which I believe is important in forming a trusting relationship!

I've known Akimi for over 10 years. Akimi is very responsible and friendly. And... she loves dogs! I've seen her both with her family dog and she has dog sat our family dog. I'd highly recommend Akimi!
Akimi is a very responsible and trustworthy dog caregiver! You can tell she has a genuine love for animals from the way she interacts and talks to dogs. She is very calm and understands dogs well and will play with them/pet them or give them space when needed. Akimi is very dedicated to her work. She is organized and takes notes on the pet's characteristics and eating habits. I would 100% recommend Akimi as a dog sitter!

Although I do not have a fenced yard, I love running/walking with dogs everyday. I have a younger (14) and older sister (25) who also lives in my house and loves dogs and cats just as much as me! They love playing with dogs and giving them extra attention and love! I have an older Cockapoo who is very relaxed and gets along nicely with other dogs!

I do not have any breed preferences. I would like to know if the dog has any medical issues or strict medications/dietary restrictions. I would also like to know the dog's activity level and typical walk times!
A typical day
If your dog is staying at my house, I generally would walk dogs around my neighborhood and into some small trails near the area. We can play fetch, play with toys, and take naps on the couch!

Availability
I have another part-time job where work times vary each week, but my shifts are not very long and allow me to be able home for most of the day. I am very flexible with days and times that I watch pets, and I am also willing to work with short-notice if my schedule permits!
