Insured ✔️ First Aid✔️ Trustworthy✔️ Having grown up on a hobby farm, begging for more pets to take care of in a family of 𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕡𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕚𝕓𝕝𝕖 𝕕𝕠𝕘 𝕓𝕣𝕖𝕖𝕕𝕖𝕣𝕤 and 𝕒𝕟𝕚𝕞𝕒𝕝 𝕗𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕚𝕖𝕣𝕤, I have been exposed from early childhood to the ins and outs of animal care through all stages of a pet’s life. 🐎🐶🐱🦜🦚 I have experience with basic training of my family’s and my own many unique dogs from a variety of different Mastiff and Bulldogs breeds, along with many others, also raising and teaching young horses. I always love to learn something new with your pets! I especially have a soft spot for baby animals and elderly pets as well, as I have experience with extensive care of newborn puppies, kittens, and other animals, including bottle feeding and other surrogate mom duties! And I can help administer your pet’s medicines, unique diets, and other needs. Spending time helping at a kennel free pet care facility has completely opened my eyes to the comradery and collective growth of the community surrounding animal care, and I am grateful to be involved! I also have gained experience managing situations, working with reactive pets, and assisting socializing our Covid babies. My own pets have included a diverse menagerie of XL to pocket sized pets! At home, I enjoy caring for • Cats & Dogs • Aquarium/terrarium animals • Parrots & other birds • Exotics, farm animals and horses • Houseplants & gardens Cleaning in the home, Pet Bathing, Dog Yard Cleaning, and Gardening are available for a separate fee upon request during stays. This is my second time booking Ajia and will use her for any travels I have in the future. She follows my instructions explicitly and goes well beyond to insure my pet is safe and comfortable. Her ability to do overnite stays also makes travel much less stressful.
We cannot thank Ajia enough for her outstanding care she gave our Charlie while we were on vacation! She is amazing! The communication she gave us through text and pictures while gone was incredible and gave us such comfort! I highly recommend her for any help with your fur babies! ❤️
Ajia was great with Maverick! He was comfortable with her immediately and they had a great weekend while I was away. Definitely hope to have Ajia come hang with Mav again and would recommend her to anyone!
Ajia W was wonderful with house and cat sitting on my recent vacation out of the country. She provided good communication through texting and a variety of cat pictures and video making me feel much more at ease. I felt like my cat Turbo warmed up to Ajia quickly and enjoyed the time with her. Ajia took care of my home, mail, did dishes, and even her laundry before my return. I would recommend her for any cat or home care and will use her again on my next trip.

Please Note: Initial requests are estimated based on hours and number of pets. Requests including any holiday will be estimated using holiday rates. Prices will not be finalized until after a Meet & Greet (virtual or in person). Safe Walking: During walks I usually stick to sidewalks and crosswalks to minimize unnecessary risk for your fur baby. I have high situational awareness as I have also had experience working with reactive dogs on a case by case basis. I always err on the side of caution and can recognize my own limits! In our MN extreme heat or cold, I usually opt to play with your pet indoors instead, or take them out at the safest time of day temperature wise. Safety at Home: Please move toxic plants and valuable items completely out of reach of your pets if there is a possibility of them being chewed. For pets who have accidents, I do my best to clean up messes with the products provided in the home as the owners usually would. I have had experience with caring for dogs with aggression toward each other in the same home, and can adapt to many situations as long as safety is secured in the environment prior to my arrival and I am aware of the pets needs and agree with the measures enacted on a case by case basis. In the client’s home, I prefer to follow the pet owner’s usual schedule of care for each pet as closely as possible including feeding and grooming, playtime and walks. While supplying pet supplies are the responsibility of the owner, I can provide those requested during stays or as a special treat (with permission). Privacy: Recording/surveillance of pet sitters in private areas is illegal. I don’t mind security devices, but I do want to be aware of them. Thank you! *My own pets do not accompany me to stays or walks with clients unless requested by a client for socialization.

What level of training is your pack at? Do they have good leash manners? Please notify me of any behavioral issues that may arise or have come up in the past, including aggression towards humans or other pets, anxiety, escape tendencies, protectiveness over toys or food, and difficulties walking on a leash. I do my best to connect with each pet, and this knowledge helps protect them, as well as your property and myself. If your pet is young or has destructive behaviors, please let me know how you would like messes handled or cleaned up.
A typical day
House Sitting: I usually do one or two walks a day included with house sitting, depending on the pet’s usual routine and how much energy they have to burn! I also enjoy playing with pups in the yard with toys and fetch. I can take pets for car rides, on walking trails, and even go rollerblading with experienced dogs, if you would like!

Availability
I am very flexible, sometimes running errands between tasks when appropriate. My schedule is filled with primarily overnight and extended stays, then walks and drop ins when the timing is compatible. I am also able to accommodate pets in need of full time supervision as long as this is discussed ahead of time. Please note for overnight and extended stays, that Wednesday night and Sunday morning I have an appointment to attend to for a couple of hours. I spend time also volunteering and occasionally overseeing a doggy daycare. When Petsitting, I do like to get out of the house at least once a day if possible, to avoid isolating. Please reach out with any pet care needs including extended stays, and we can discuss availability.
