To me, pets are family and deserve to be cared and loved for just the same as anyone else in our family. I’ve had dogs from the moment I could remember and have always had a special bond with “Black-jack” or just Jack, who was my very first dog (a black lab/poodle mix) for over 10 years. He was such an ecstatic and loving friend to me throughout his years. He loved to wrestle and play tug of war, and loved to relax in the sun outside whenever he wasn’t gobbling up all his food and loving his family. He passed away in 2014 and he will forever be in my heart. Riley is my newest little man (adopted him in 2016) and he couldn’t be cuter. He is a terrier chihuahua and at 10.1 Lbs a force to be reckoned with unless you show himself his shadow. He loves to play and be curious about the world as he grows older. He is currently 4 years old. He’s been our family pet for a little over three years and he actually came from a shelter in California when they had too many dogs that they could care for at that time. I’m so glad he found his way into my arms so I can love him and give him to life he deserves, to be happy.
