Pet care experience
Hi! My name is AJ, and I recently moved to Philadelphia for medical school. Although I study a lot from home, I also require many study breaks! I would love a study partner who is down to chill and accompany me outdoors for much-needed fresh air. My apartment is spacious, has a dog park and grooming station, and is right along the Manayunk towpath.

AJ did a fantastic job boarding my dog for a long stay, including a holiday. He was responsive & flexible, sent lots of pictures, and provided tons of exercise & 1-1 time. I would highly recommend AJ to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.

Aj is very responsible and caring. Our dogs had a fantastic time with him. All went smoothly and he provided updates throughout the two weeks of boarding.

I have lived with pets for as long as I can remember. I have taken care of many pets for family and friends. I even trained my parent’s Labrador and taught her all the tricks she knows today! I have ample experience with senior dog and cat care, and as a future healthcare provider, I can accommodate pets with specific healthcare requirements. My fiancé and I recently adopted two cats. They are very friendly around dogs and sometimes they will even curl up with them on the couch (see pictures)!

A typical day
For dogs with high energy, I usually take them to the dog park for fetch or to play with other dogs. For dogs that prefer walks, I can walk them along the Manayunk towpath. I try to stick to the same walking/bathroom schedule that they are used to at home.

Availability
My schedule varies day-to-day, but I am never gone for more than 4 hours. Also, my girlfriend is a night shift nurse, so there will always be someone home to care for your pet if needed.
