Pet care experience
I love all animals! We'd go for walks, go to the park, play fetch and hopefully learn some new tricks. For cats, I have experience coming in for check-ins and administering medication daily. I am a previous dog owner myself. I feel animals have emotions and feelings too, of course! I am well familiar with dog's feeding schedule, taking them to the vet, rewarding them with treats, and playing fetch/exercising with them. I have many years as a professional pet sitter and was able to care for a wide variety of dogs and cats over the years.

The biggest thing for me is knowing and understanding your pet's energy! I have a wide variety of experience with all types of breeds; those that are high energy (GSP, Australian Shepard, Husky, Norwegian Elkhound etc) as well as those that require more "Chill" time (Danes, Pugs, etc) and would love to know what your dog prefers. I would never want the dog to feel uncomfortable! I want each experience to be personable and comfortable!
A typical day
I love the Bronx River trail! It is scenic and dog friendly, we can do daily walks or runs. I also enjoy the dog park (and know a few) which would be fun for socializing. If your dog has favorite toys or activities, that can be included in our day!

Availability
I currently work from home full-time, with a lot of flexibility. I would be able to drop-in for a midday walk/potty break or I can do full day on-site sits. I am willing to work with my clients, and want your pet to have the ideal experience.
