Caring and friendly animal lover

Pet care experience

If you're searching for a responsible, caring and friendly pet sitter, you're in the right place! My name is Aiste, and I have a deep passion for animals. I've had pets all my life, including both dogs and cats, so I understand the level of care that goes into taking care of our furry friends. As right now I cannot own my own pet, I love to meet and spend time with other's pets and it makes me truly happy. When it comes to pet care experience, I have extensive experience in both dog and cat sitting. From small breeds to large breeds, I have taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes. Similarly, I have experience with cats of all ages and temperaments. I have provided pet sitting services for my neighbours, friends, and family for many years, which has given me the opportunity to spend time with a variety of animals with different personalities. What sets me apart from other sitters is my ability to cater to the unique needs of each pet. I understand that every dog and cat has their own quirks and preferences, and I take the time to get to know each one individually. This helps me provide them with the care and attention they deserve, whether it's regular walks, playtime, or feeding schedules.

Aiste was fantastic and we were fully reassured and could enjoy our holiday. Aiste sent us regular updates and clearly enjoyed spending time with our Magnus, relaxing at home, playing with him and taking him for regular walks. We could tell he was happy! She stayed in our house and left it spot less, she even washed her bedding! Aiste was flexible about timings and just a lovely girl. We will be booking Aiste in the future for sure!

Safety, trust & environment

My top priority is always the safety and well-being of the pets in my care. Whether I'm caring for pets in my own home or in a pet owner's home, I take every precaution to ensure that the environment is safe and secure. I follow any specific instructions you may have about your pet's care, such as dietary restrictions or exercise routines, to make sure they receive the care they need. I take the time to build trust with the pets in my care. I understand that some pets may be anxious or scared when in a new environment, and I take the time to provide them with the attention and care they need to feel comfortable and secure.

Information Aiste P. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your pet has any special needs or requirements and I will make sure to care for them accordingly :) What's good to know in advance: Feeding and medication schedule: Understanding the dog's regular feeding and medication schedule is important to ensure that they receive the proper care and attention they need. Behaviour and temperament: Knowing a dog's behaviour and temperament is important for the safety of both the dog and the pet sitter. This includes understanding if the dog has any fears or triggers, how they behave around other dogs and animals, and how they interact with people. Exercise routine: Understanding a dog's exercise routine, including how often they need to go for walks and the amount of physical activity they require, can help ensure that they receive the proper amount of exercise and stimulation.

A typical day

A typical day when I'm pet sitting involves providing the pets in my care with plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. Here's a breakdown of what a typical day might look like: Morning: I usually start the day by feeding the pets in my care and taking them outside for a potty break. After they've had a chance to stretch their legs, we'll go for a morning walk around the neighbourhood or a nearby park. Midday: In the afternoon, I like to give the pets some time to relax and rest. Depending on their energy level and temperament, we may spend some time playing indoors or outdoors, or they may prefer to nap or cuddle on the couch. Afternoon: Later in the day, we'll go on another walk or playtime session to help burn off some energy. If there are any special activities that the pets enjoy, such as playing fetch or going for a swim, I'll make sure to incorporate those into our daily routine. Evening: In the evening, I'll feed the pets and take them outside for another potty break. We may also spend some time relaxing indoors or playing a few more games before settling in for the night.
