I have grown up with dogs my whole life. From Scottish to Miniature Schnauzers to mixed breeds, life is not the same without a dog. Our family loves our current dog, who is a Labrador mix, and play with him all the time. He is an integral part of our family. He has always done well meeting other dogs and loves to play. We are home quite a bit as we are homeschoolers and available to walk and play throughout the day. We allow our dog in the backyard as much as he wants. We like to walk for exercise and would welcome the chance to go out more often. We have also taken our dog through obedience training through a certified trainer a few years ago.
