Aiko took excellent care of our pup, and we look forward to booking future stays with her. She was great about sending photos, videos and updates, and she was responsive to our messages. When our dog vomited on a walk, Aiko made rice to sooth her stomach. Before the stay we did a meet and greet to make sure our dogs would be compatible since our dog is sometimes afraid of larger dogs. Aiko's dog gave our dog space and there was no conflict. The house is also very clean, and Aiko has pet gates to keep dogs off the stairs. It's clear to me that Aiko and her husband love dogs, and I felt reassured knowing our pup was in good hands.

From the preboarding stage, she demonstrated a deep understanding of pet behavior, asking all the right questions to ensure our pets would be comfortable and well-behaved during their stay. Throughout the boarding period, her communication was exemplary, providing frequent updates with photos and videos, not just about routine activities like eating and potty breaks, but also regarding their mental well-being. She even proactively addressed any signs of anxiety my pets displayed while we were away, demonstrating both attentiveness and problem-solving skills. I highly recommend her if you are seeking genuine care and attention.
