Aigul was great. Very quick to provide doggy updates and pictures upon request. Very flexible when our flights were delayed. Unfortunately my dog didn’t provide any feedback, but I presume he enjoyed himself.

Had a pleasant boarding experience for our cat for two weeks. Aigul was responding quick and sent a lot of picture updates. That made our travel experience smooth and we felt that our cat is in good hands while we are away. Would book again and recommend to friends and family.
