I do not have a preference in breed. Just like people, all dogs have different personalities. Working at a kennel, I've come across dogs that just like to relax and be left alone, others like to get affection and are very playful, some like to sit on your lap! Whatever it is, I can play the part :) However, I would like to be aware of your dog's preferences so that he/she can feel as comfortable as possible and right at home. If anything upsets them, let me know. Also, I must know how they are with children, so I can make arrangements and make it a safe stay for everyone.

Here's where we'll take our walks If they need potty breaks, I can step outside to my front lawn as often as they need to. When my husband is home, either morning or afternoon, I can take them for a walk around the block. My neighbors also have dogs, so they can do a meet and greet, as long as your pup is okay with other pups. Your dog's sleeping arrangement My apartment is big enough to run around, but pretty small as all the rooms are pretty close to each other. I would think the living room is more cozy, can even leave a night light and they may sleep on the couch, but if he/she prefers to be close to someone, they can sleep in the bedroom as long as they don't try squeezing in the bed ;) Time I'll spend with your dog While they are here, they will not go unnoticed. Ask my kids! I will take my time to get to know your pup and can even try teaching him/her a few tricks!
