We're a mother-daughter team who love pets of all kinds! At home we have a cat, dog, and a leopard gecko at home, so we've gained lots of experience on all aspects of pet care! Maia takes the lead on pet services. She has now transitioned to her own Rover profile - please visit https://www.rover.com/sit/MaiaK51942 During high school Maia worked as a dog walker, cat-sitter, and reptile carer in the neighborhood (and on Rover!), and at a veterinary clinic as a kennel assistant. She played with the pups, made sure the cats and dogs were happy during their stay, and provided them their medications when needed.

I highly, highly recommend the wonderful, thoughtful pet care from this dynamic duo! My husband and I had an extended trip out of town for several weeks, and our cat Charlie was spoiled rotten and visited for pets and feeding twice each day. They learned his habits and preferences and made him a special treat for Thanksgiving! Charlie receives an asthma medication and they had no issue administering it and keeping an eye out for any symptoms. The updates we received during each visit were thoughtful and detailed, making us feel like they were caring for Charlie at least as well as we do, if not even better!
Aida was fantastic with our cat Pip! She shared plenty of updates and photos during her drop in visits and remembered everything on our (long) list about how to feed and play with him. We really appreciated her watching Pip over a holiday, her thoughtful pre-visit to get to know him, and going above and beyond with his litter box so that it was clean when we got home. Thank you Aida!! ☺️

In addition to feeding the pets, walking the dog, and changing cat litter, we like to spend time giving your pet what they need to be happy, whether that's petting and brushing them, romping in the yard with a ball, or just giving them quiet company.

We like to know what makes your pet happy so we can make their day (and yours) comfortable and interesting. What is their daily routine, what activities do they like to do? I've also experienced managing a range of cat/dog dietary needs over the years, so let me know if there is a particular way they like to be fed.
A typical day
All dogs are different, so there is no typical day. Our dog is lazy one, so her two daily walks are somewhat short! However, when dogsitting our neighbor's energetic dog, we may go for a mile run or a longer hike through the neighborhood or Lubber Run park. With cats, the typical day seems to depend on their day - we play with the youngsters more, have them chase laser beams or a feather. Older cats (like ours) often prefer to observe the fuss from the cat tree!
