Pet care experience
I've been pet-sitting for friends for over 10 years, and for a variety of animals (dogs, cats, fish, birds; surprisingly no lizards yet!) and special needs (older pets, medication/dietary needs, rescues). I have a responsible and caring nature, evidenced by many summers working as a camp counselor (pets are much easier than 10-15 kids/teens!). I keep a calm head in emergencies, with former training as a Wilderness First Responder, lifeguard, and FEMA Civilian Emergency Responder.

Ahron was amazing with our pup Smiley and a friend’s pup who was visiting! He was patient and calm with our dog’s anxiety around new people and made sure both dogs were happy and safe.
Ahron demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine love for animals that was evident from our first meeting. He was attentive, reliable, and communicated regularly, sending me updates and photos that reassured me of my cat's well-being. His attention to detail was impressive; he not only adhered to my cat's feeding but also took the time to engage in play and provide companionship. My cat, who can be quite shy, warmed up to him quickly and was even sitting on his lap to kitty rubs which speaks volumes about his ability to connect with animals. Ahron went above and beyond and I highly recommend his pet sitting services to anyone looking for peace of mind when they need someone to look after their beloved pets. His care was simply exemplary!

I'm at a stage in my PhD program where I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule and can work from anywhere that I have access to the internet. Plenty of opportunity to take breaks with your pets!
