Pet care experience
I have volunteered and raised 7 puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind. These puppies would come into my home at the age of 8 weeks old and stay with me for about 14-16 months. During this time I would socialize the puppy and teach them basic obedience skills and commands. Ever since I can remember, I have had a dog right by my side. Big or small I’ve handled them all. I also have experience as a dog daycare attendant. There I would supervise rooms of roughly 15-30 dogs at a time. I would provide feeding, grooming, and even medical services at times. I am well knowledgeable in general care and training of dogs of all breeds and sizes and very confident in the quality of care I provide. As for the kitties, I have two cats (Kiko and Ky) who I have raised since kittens, that I love and adore. I take great pride in the care of my own pets and treat every animal with that same expectation.

Ahnnie is very patient and observant. She leaves detailed notes with photos! My dog is working on some big time anxiety and she has been so helpful and good with him.
Ahnnie has very calm and confident energy which is great for my extremely anxious dog. She has an impressive background and extensive dog behavior knowledge. My dog warmed up to Ahnnie immediately and I feel confident that I can leave him in her care without any worries.
I've never met anyone with such a passion for animals. Ahnnie's many years spent raising Guide Dogs for the Blind gave her extensive knowledge of dogs especially. She is without question the first person I call for anything animal related.

A typical day
Mental and Physical enrichment is vital. I like to provide different ways of enriching the experience no matter it be a simple 30 minute walk or a full day of fun planned. Between sniffing, interactive play, training, and exploring I can assure you a tired pup.

I currently am self-employed, meaning I have the option of setting my own availability weekly! Meaning, even short notice, I can most definitely care for you fur baby. I have plenty of time rest assured to play with and care for your pup/kitty! I am available 7am-10pm daily.
