This is the story of a dog that beats all odds... I've taken care of family pets my whole life since I was little - dogs, cats and birds. When 6 years ago I moved to the UK from Italy, I realised I could not live without a fur friend. Five years ago myself and my partner welcomed into our lives a French Bulldog named Bruno. Overall Bruno seemed a healthy dog, however we quickly realised his health was not what we expected. After long and careful examinations, Bruno was diagnosed with enteropathy. As if this wasn't enough, 2 years ago we were told he would be paralysed due to some spine issues. It took me a bit of time and many tears to figure out how to keep him healthy. Despite all odds, Bruno was able to avoid stomach and spine surgery. He recovered quickly with very healthy home made meals and he's now a brand new happy dog. His enteropathy diagnosis will always be there, but with the right precautions and medications his life is as happy and comfortable as any other dog. If your dog requires medications or any sort of special care, you can rest assured he/she will be looked after properly.
