Second time I used Agnes and she was great. My elderly cat appreciates her calm presence.

Pros: Agnes was great at communicating and seemingly very accommodating. She responded very quickly when we checked in and she kept up updated. She left our house clean and was great at being flexible with having people working outside of our house while she was here. Cons: We had made communicated through the app and when we met in person that our dog could not be left home alone for more than 4 hours. Multiple times he was left 7-8 hours. She also didn’t take him out on the number of walks we agreed to. She said it was too hot which we understand but it wasn’t too hot all day. We understand people are busy but she shouldn’t have agreed to things she couldn’t meet. Also Agnes asked to have someone over for dinner which we agreed to but she had them stay the night and spend a lot of time at our house. It would have been nice if she asked.
