I felt very comfortable leaving Ladybug with Agata and Zephyr. We've had her for over 3 years and this was the first time she was without us. We met with them a few days before so we could see how they interacted with Ladybug and to see how she was with them. She took to them and their house immediately! We went to California for the week and I honestly wasn't worried at all as they kept us updated on how LB was doing and sent along pictures. We were happy with the service and will definitely take Ladybug back in the future!! Oh, and they have a couch that sits a couple of feet in front of a picture window. If your dog is as nosy as ours, they'll love hanging over the back watching people!!

Agata is a Very nice person who is Polite and communicative. Very very reasonable pricing. But not for us in the future. We have a very senior dog (15+ yo.) Agata just moved to a new home after our meet and greet and booking with her and the new home is not air-conditioned, and we were quite concerned for a dog sitting in August but we didn’t know this until drop off, and it was our fault for not thinking to check this in advance. Also, for our senior dog, who we were trying to give some stability during a necessary trip away, he was juggled between three different people during the stay (Agata, her husband, and a family member that we got only told about the night before we picked our dog back up.) When we picked up the dog, that family member told us multiple times that when he “couldn’t find” our dog in the house, he was “sure he was dead.” I think this was a contingency plan put in place to not cancel on us or put us in a bind, and while we appreciate that, it was nonetheless, not what we agreed to, and the cavalier death comments were quite off-putting. Our dog has bladder issues for longer stretches, and we left six diapers with none left, and his bed was soaked in urine (it was pretty intense so we threw it in the trash.)
