I would love the opportunity to care for your dog! I have been the pet sitter for my friends' dogs, cats, and rat as well as an overnight sitter for my former employer's dog and cat for 3 years. I took care of my whippet Savannah for 14 years and have had numerous cats over the years. I have also taken care of other pets such as fish and turtles. Dogs are by far my favorite pet to take care of, I love their energy and loyalty. I always treat them with love and care, putting the pet's concerns before my own. I have my own car and currently have a very flexible and open schedule. I also have 3 years experience as a personal assistant for a couple, so if you need anything else done, I can do it!

Afton was absolutely amazing caring for our house and pup while we were away. She sent multiple pictures and updates throughout her stay. We definitely will have her stay again and have absolute trust in her.

Afton was wonderful as always -- right on time, with a call ahead when traffic got gnarly, a generous walk and good report, and a happy dog delivered back to me! He has come to count on her magical reappearance each evening, as I have, and tonight when she had a "night off" he looked at me, like, "Now, what're we gonna do?" and gave a little bark at the empty door. Looking forward to picking up again next week! She's a blessing for us both!
Afton has been coming by after her day job to give my dog, Dogen, his evening walk, while I was recovering strength from period of fatigue. After being heavily prepared for a number of likely difficulties (he is leash reactive, and easily distracted, often failing to poop), she returned home each of 3 consecutive nights with a fabulous report -- apparently handled his passing pedistrians, bikes, runners and even other dogs with minimal disturbance -- and he pooped! By the second night he was waiting at door for her with his tail going like a motorboat propeller-- Third night, he was leaping for joy when she came up walk --Needless to say, I am overwhelmed with gratitude -- Love her calm demeanor, which is good for both Dogen and me!
