I honestly won’t trust my dog with anyone else. He always comes home well exercised, happy, and healthy!

I honestly didn't think I would leave this review because we loved them. Been using Aeron for almost 2 years. We all know life happens and something's are out of your control. Yesterday my gf and I were confronted with him standing in the driveway with a aggressive stance treating us like we were children. We unfortunately were late yesterday and the time before due to traffic. Although we drove from the UP and given enough time I would keep him updated if there was any slow downs or traffic jams. Made us feel like we were lying or we should have sent him pictures to prove it. If I would have known he would have been that mad without even communicating with us better so we could understand where he was coming from I would of tried something different. Never said one thing. I thought I would wait till today to see if he would respond to my reply but he didn't so here we are. I am sad for my dog mostly due to him LOVING being there. This is very unfortunate and due to how he treated us we've decided to move on and find a new sitter. I guess we may have felt to comfortable due to it feeling like we were all family. Our family is pretty upset not only about how he treated us but due to our dog know what, "Want to go to Aerons?!" means.

Phenomenal individuals!! Was very concerned leaving my dog for such a long time while on vacation, but these people were absolutely the right choice! Daily update photos along with fast communication put my mind at ease! I would recommend them over anyone else!

We can relax and enjoy our time away, knowing that our dogs are taken care of and having a blast. The photos and videos are an added bonus. Tootsie and Sophie are so thrilled when we pull in the driveway and always come home tired and happy.

A typical day

We believe socialization and pack mentality are key to a dog's long term development and good behavior. We will always encourage our visitors to spend time around our pups, and coexist in a healthy manner. We will play fetch, tug and foraging games for treats. Hot days include lots of ice treats, pool time, and sprinkler time.

A typical day begins at 7am, when we let the pups out for their morning bathroom break, some play time, and then breakfast. After breakfast, we encourage either group play with our dogs or general activity time outside (weather/temperature permitting). Around lunchtime, we will encourage 2-3 hours down time to allow for rest/sleep and avoid over-exertion. This may include kennel time to reinforce training or rest time based on the needs of your dog. Afterward we will enjoy more playtime with mentally stimulating toys and activities. Dinner is usually given between 5-6pm. Following dinner, we encourage calm playtime to allow for winding down, which may include time relaxing outside or inside with chew toys. We provide our last bathroom break between 9:30 and 10pm, then for safety and training purposes we kennel our visitors for the night. Individual consideration is given for all our visitors, and they will be cared for outside this routine as needed. Pick up must be by 5:00pm on the last day of your pup's stay or additional $5 will be charged, this allows us and our dogs time to relax and recharge for the next day. We may waive this fee in the event of an emergency, but please be respectful of our needs and keep lines of communication open!
