I have three animals of my own (2 dogs & 1 cat) and have enjoyed every minute of it and continue to! Caring for an animal is equivalent to caring for a child. Showing love, attention, & care makes any pup happy! With playtime outside or inside, animals learn to connect with humans in a manner of which forms a bond. An animal being able to trust a human is of importance when continuing care with any animal to ensure learning skills, listening skills, and respect of not feeling like he/she needs to assert dominance. I may not have qualities that specifically set me apart, but caring for animals in a similar manner to a child brings joy to me and my day to day life.
