Pet care experience
My philosophy: Your dog is a part of your world, but you are the entire world for your dog. YOU are in charge of what you get out of your experience with them--make it a rewarding one for both of you. Between my experience in a grooming salon, mom-and-pop shop, and specialty pet store, I have worked with dogs of all sizes and stages of life. Despite getting a four year degree in geology, I keep gravitating back to animal care more and more. I am now fully embracing it and starting a Veterinary Technology program this summer! I am currently available every day and am willing to take on the weekend as well, should I be needed. My hours will vary depending on when my courses take place as I work my way through to my degree and become a certified vet tech. I'm happy to do baths, light grooming, nail trimming/grinding, paw shaving etc. for your dog. I look forward to meeting you!

Please let me know if your dog has any medical and/or dietary needs so I can plan accordingly. I have no problem administering medications to your dog and sticking to a strict diet as these are things I do daily with my own. Also, please let me know how your dog(s) react to other dogs so I know where to/where not to take them (parks/trails where we will be more likely or less likely to run into other dogs). Ideally, we can have a good meet & greet and you'll be able to tell me all the dogs favourite things and their quirks. I want to make sure your little one feels very safe and comfortable and not stressed!
A typical day
Your dog and I can have as adventurous or relaxing of a day as they want. We can explore parks together taking scenic hikes, or just walk around the neighborhood or play in the back yard. We can get social and go to the dog park or keep it lowkey and relax one-on-one. We can go swimming and running and play brain games or work on some training together.
